Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (Philippine Time) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on Philippine public holidays are processed the next business day.
You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. You can also view status anytime from your Orders page.
Shipping Methods & Times
We ship via trusted local couriers. Typical transit times (business days, after processing):
- Metro Manila — 1 to 2 business days
- Luzon (provincial) — 2 to 4 business days
- Visayas & Mindanao — 3 to 6 business days
Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Free shipping promotions apply to standard delivery only unless otherwise stated.
Age Verification Required
In compliance with Philippine law, vape products may only be purchased and received by individuals aged 21 years or older. The courier may request a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking numbers are emailed the moment your order ships. Carriers usually take up to 24 hours to post the first scan. If tracking hasn't updated in 3 business days, contact us at support@getvapely.com.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Report any issue within 7 days of the carrier's delivery scan:
- Damaged in transit — send clear photos of the parcel and product; we'll ship a replacement.
- Missing items — we'll investigate and reship or refund.
- Marked delivered, not received — we'll open a carrier investigation; outcomes depend on the carrier report.
