AliBarBar complies with Republic Act No. 11900, the Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act, including:

• FDA Philippines registration of all products sold
• Strict prohibition on sales to minors (under 21 years of age)
• Health warnings displayed on all product listings
• No-vaping zone compliance — we do not advertise in prohibited areas

All products listed on AliBarBar are supplied by manufacturers who have obtained the required Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) or Notification from the Food and Drug Administration of the Philippines. Products without valid registration are immediately delisted.

Under RA 11900, vaporized nicotine products may only be sold to individuals aged 21 years or older. We enforce this through:

• Age gate on site entry
• Age confirmation at checkout
• ID verification upon delivery where required

We pledge to market our products only to adults 21+. That means:

• No imagery, language, or placement aimed at minors
• No influencer or affiliate who primarily reaches minors
• Age-gated ads on platforms that support it
• No health or cessation claims
